I love when new stuff comes out. I really do! And I love it even more when it’s pretty pretty pretty!

Ava is a new skin from Belleza, and I fell in love with it at first demo! In fact, and I hardly EVER say this about a skin, but I have not seen anyone in it who doesn’t look amazing. If you fatpack it, you get the whole lipstick bundle, too, although you could just buy the plain skin and then the lips and then use whatever eye makeups you like. It’s quite versatile! I fatpacked, of course, because it’s what I do.

Truth released new hair and Edith may be my favorite of the three new releases. It’s a gorgeous long hair topped with a casual knit cap. More hats and more accessories on hairs, please!!

Cae is in Collabor88 this month and she’s spoiling us with the loopy swoopy Guinevere set. Look how cool the necklace is! And the earrings, which you can’t see under my hair, have not left my ears since the first of the month.

Cracked Mirror came out with this cute cute Resolutions dress! It’s a simple dress with a pretty little belt and comes in several colors. If your resolution this year was to look more adorable – you need this dress!

Maxi Gossamer has her Anukaa Beads & Ethiopian Cross necklaces for this round of FaMESHed. I’m wearing just the cross in this photo, but in the pack of necklaces there are all kinds of combinations of beads and such to wear.

So Really I Better Scurry

Hello readers! Did you miss me? I know, probably were too busy shopping to notice I was gone, right? I don’t blame you a bit! Sooo much goodness has come out in the past week!

Collabor88 is unbelievable this month! I’m so happy with the Chaud dresses from Ingenue, I hardly know what to do. I’ve said it time and time again, but I adore simple pieces that you can dress up or down in so many ways, and this fits the bill! I dressed this one up with the Baboushka fur collar and fur hat from Maxi Gossamer at C88. I love all the fluff! And Fashionably Dead has some awesome Knee High mesh socks [the tops are mesh, not the actual sock part] that I couldn’t resist wearing. My thighs might get cold, but who cares when I look this cute, am I right?

Also at C88, Trompe Loeil has the cutest little mesh winter cottage called Frostbite! Because it sits on its own snowpile and has trees, you really could just put it anywhere! The inside is basically just one room and has a fireplace. Cozy!

Another Collabor88 post! This month’s round is so amazing, I almost can’t stand it.

Kyoot brings us the very pretty Whitehaven Beach Dress, which is partial mesh. For those of you who claim that mesh doesn’t fit you, these types of dresses are a great option because the mesh “flap” works so much better than the typical prim flap. I love the lace texture work on the front, and the Garbo Graduated combo necklace from Maxi Gossamer pairs up with this nicely.

Trompe Loeil always does such great mesh skyboxes and the Sunbleached skybox is no exception. It’s very well made and simply gorgeous! Plus it will only run you about 60 prims, so if you’re looking for a summer home or just a place to get away, this is a great choice.

Awww yeah! Collabor88 for July is starting up! I get so freaking excited for each round because each time, the participating designers just totally bring it! The palette for this month’s theme is “Bleached,” so it’s neutral and gorgeous!

I’m not going to talk too much about the stuff right now just because it’s late here, but most of what I’m wearing IS mesh, so if you’re STILLLLL not on the mesh train… man, I don’t even know what to tell you. When Collabor88 opens up, you HAVE TO GO. Just have to!

Together In Paris

I just love the beginning of a new month because I know that it’s almost time for a new round at Collabor88!! April’s theme is “French New Wave” and, as usual, the designers are putting out some great stuff!! But let me suggest that instead of going on opening day this time, wait a couple of days because with the Easter holiday and people going to visit family and such, not everyone is going to be able to put out their items by the 8th.

The Sea Hole has a great new mesh dress called Parisian Glitter. It’s simple, but you know that’s my favorite kind of dress because you can dress it up or down in many ways. There are also matching accessories you can buy, like the bracelet, earrings, and cigarette I am holding. You can strut around in your new dress in the Paris Penthouse skybox that Barnesworth Anubis has put out! It comes with the backdrop that you can see out of the windows, or no backdrop if you prefer looking at the sky. It’s really elegant!

This isn’t for Collabor88, but have you SEEN the new mesh eyelids at SLink?! Where have these been all my SLife?? No more do you have to try to catch your avatar blinking or draw in your eyelids in photos! They’re adjustable and you can tint the lids to match your skin or look like you’re wearing eye shadow. I just tinted with a light lavender for this photo, but I sure had fun tinting them bright green and blue!

I’ve discovered another perk of having such great people living on my island. Instant pretty places to take pictures!! What can I say? I can be incredibly lazy and finding a spot for pics can be hard. So thanks, Heidi and Black, for having a nice spot on your parcel for me to shoot a pic! I know you did it just for me!

coldLogic released more mesh goodies for spring this week, and oh I am in LOVE! Of course, I love pretty much all they do, but the new Weiss tops and Smith skirts are a total win in my book! They do standard sizing and the sizes are very true to fit.
