If It’s For You, It Can’t Be Any Old Thing

Hey bunnies! Someone mentioned to me the other day that I’ve been doing more decor posts than clothing posts lately. I actually have a reason. I have been having such a hard time finding cute things that are my style and that are more end of winter/pre-spring! I like to dress in SL the way my RL weather is, and right now it’s not always cold, but it’s definitely not warm, and almost everything I’ve seen lately is either for icy cold weather, or it has me almost naked. You can see the problem. 🙂 BUT! I’ve also been thrilleddd lately with the decor that people are doing! So it’s much much easier to play with all the wonderful decor than it is to try to dress myself. I’ve been really wanting to get better at doing home and garden photos, too, so really…it’s just win win all the way around, I think. ❤

It’s All About The Entertainment

Hey bunnies! So for the past 2 weeks, I haven’t really been feeling very well. There has been a lot – A. LOT. – of couch and tv time. This is really different for me because if I’m awake, I’m either at the desk working on various things or I’m out doing errands or house cleaning or something. But I’ll tell you what I’ve learned over the past couple of weeks.

My living room seriously needs a redo.

Since I was feeling more “up” today, I finally got the chance to do a little bit of decorating in SL! Be sure to head out to FaMESHed before it closes this month so you can get pretty things, too!

The World Never Ends, It’s Only The Beginning.

Hey bunnies! So have you been to Rewind yet? If you miss the early 2000s (or you missed out because you were basically a toddler), you truly need to go! As I started putting together my set for today, I started laughing because oh my gosh. If you ever ever wanted to know how I spent 1998-2000, here you go. This was me, every dang night after work and classes. Sitting at the computer, furiously clicking 17 times to type out “Omg no way” to my bestie, and waiting for The Sims to load. At least, those were my nights up until I met my boyfriend. Then… well. That’s a picture for another day.

Unboxing Time! DRD’s Shadow Box & Bonus Buildings!

Happy February, bunnies! It’s time to unbox! Today we’re doing the last Shadow Box of this series! Including those bonus buildings that we have been waiting for! Shadow Box is a monthly subscription box by Death Row Designs and it has been so fantastic.

If you have missed any boxes, they are now 2800L per box, and you can pick them up either through their in-world store or on the marketplace. (Will have to wait just a bit to get February’s box on the marketplace.) Don’t forget that you can also gift a box to someone, too! Once you’ve gotten all 6 boxes of this series, you can head to their main store to pick up your bonus buildings.
