Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself

Hello, beautiful ones! I hope everyone has had a most wonderful start to their September! Do you go by official starts to seasons? I almost never do. September means fall to me! And since fall has started, I’m getting the itch to get a new house! I don’t know why I go through this so often! But I just want something smaller and cozier than what we currently have. Do you know of any new homes out there that I might like? I’m looking for at least 2 bedrooms, and yes, I need a bathroom. I know, I know. Some people think it’s silly but I just like my houses to have a bit more realism to them. If you know of any new beautiful homes out there, let me know!

Waiting For The Dinner Bell To Do The Bell Thing

Wayward Winter is OPEN! And let me tell you, there is a LOT of shopping to be done! So you better fuel up! Lost Junction‘s Baby, You’ve Got A Stew Going set for the event is just mm mm good! This set makes me so hungry, I’m not even gonna lie. And there are so many pieces! Some are scripted, some are not. And not shown in this pic, there are cutting boards and utensils and extra veggies and you REALLY need to just get it. Some of the pieces are interactive, too, for those of you who like to hold spoons or veggies while you eat. Perfect!

Wayward Winter runs until January 31st, so hop on over quickly because you’re going to need that long to get all your shopping done!

Happy weekend, bunnies! I’ve been in LOVE with the Sia song “Alive” for a while now and tonight it has been in my head a lot. A friend came back into my life recently with an apology. It wasn’t the first time I’d heard that apology from someone, and I’m sure it won’t be the last time. But remember, bunnies. We are a work in progress. Don’t let someone else slow down your construction. Keep being you and keep breathing no matter what!

Wake Up, It’s A Beautiful Morning!

Hello bunnies! It’s the weekend and I’m ready for it! And by ready for it, I mean I slept super late and now I’m just enjoying some coffee and not wearing real pants.

The Seasons Story is opening tomorrow!! This is one of my FAAAAAVORITE events so I’m excited! Paper Arrow Co. will be there with their new PJ shorts! How cute are these?? They come in a bunch of colors and prints, but I think I love these little deer ones the best.

Have you been out to The Liaison Collaborative yet? My morning coffee today comes from Jian‘s International Coffee Station that you can find at TLC. I put this up in our house and my youngest daughter squealed because we have more coffee in the house. *laughs*

Temporary Home

Hiya, bunnies! I don’t do as many home and garden posts as other people do, although I do love setting up little areas. But in a way, it makes me sad, too. My set-ups are definitely not as elaborate as others’ are, but each one I do feels like somewhere I’d like to live. But it’s just a temporary home.

The Liaison Collaborative opened up and this month is the home and garden round. [I know there was some confusion last month, but TLC alternates now. Last month was fashion and poses, this month is home and garden, next month will be fashion again, etc.] MudHoney has the great Rustic Charm Porch Accessories set that is just perfect for your fall decorating. The welcome mat was a little small for me, but modded easily to be bigger. And Toiz is also at TLC with their Autumn Garden Deco set. I’m a sucker for any set with pumpkins, so naturally I love both these sets!

Barnesworth Anubis is at Collabor88 with the Classic Brownstone. It’s 3 stories of awesome, has some lovely stairs inside, and the “backyard” is kind of darling! I set up my porch items on the back porch and you can see how cute it all is!

You Want To Come To My Party?

We’re less than 2 weeks away from Halloween! Woo! There are also lots of events going on! Some I’ve mentioned before, but opening up today is a new one called 20Twenty!

20Twenty is a discount event that is awesome! It starts on the 20th, lasts for 20 days, has 20 designers who offer exclusive items that are 20% off! Yay! It’s a mainstore event, too, so no worry about trying to cram yourself into a small space with lots of lag.

Senzafine is in 20Twenty this round with the Kat dress. I love this and have been looking for a dress like this all month! It’s very Wednesday Addams! There are three packs and each pack has a HUD with a few colors. The black that I’m wearing here is from pack #1.

And yes, I am re-wearing the Tara mesh head from Genesis Lab that I got from Wayward Halloween. My last look with this was more spooky spooky with the blind eyes and all, but I wanted to show that you can use the head with its “regular” eyes, too.

Don’t Say It 3 Times

Hey, bunnies! I’ve got another Halloween-ish pic today! What can I say? When the designers make the spooky and weird, you go with the spooky and weird!

Collabor88 is open and their theme this month is Burtonesque. I love Tim Burton movies, so this is fun to me! Second Spaces is there with the Burton table and dresser. They’re so cool! The table’s stripes reminds me of Beetlejuice! Speaking of which, Ingenue is also at C88 with the Lydia D booties. Sooo cute and so much like something Ms. Lydia Deetz would wear!

The Liaison Collaborative also is bringing the spooky, and how awesome is this Nathalie dress from Dead Dollz?? I’m so in love with it!

Instant Gratification

Hi there, bunnies! I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t lose weight easily at all. AT. ALL. I hate getting on the scale after I’ve been so so good and not seeing a big difference! I’m all about instant gratification when it comes to my health because hey, who doesn’t want to feel and look amazing instantly after putting in hard work, am I right? But luckily in SL, instant gratification happens very easily!

Paper Arrow Co. is at N21 this round with the Lazy.Jogger pants! They are so super cute and comfy! If you really haven’t checked this store out because they weren’t fitting to your mesh body, it’s time to try them out because they’re doing Slink and Maitreya versions now! Yay!

It’s Been A Long Day Without You

I love events that happen occasionally. I mean, don’t get me wrong. I’m down for the monthly events, too. But the ones that come together after a long break are so much fun because no one gets too burnt out on them! Case in point? Festival of Sin II is happening!!

Brought to you by The Hottie Cooterati Experience, Festival of Sin is a large event based on all of the 7 “sins.” Gluttony, Wrath, Lust… you know the score. If this is anything like the 2012 event, it’s going to be sensational!

Valentina E. is in the Vanity section of the festival and the Pinup Corset Gown is definitely going to make you feel a little vain! I couldn’t stop looking at myself in it! There are four colors to choose from and it comes in standard, Fitmesh, Slink, and Maitreya sizes.

Festival of Sin II starts on August 22nd and runs until September 5th. I’ll have much more to show you, plus a SLurl when it’s time!

I Can Feel You Rushing Through My Veins

Hey, Uber is open! The theme this month is “Spice,” so expect a lot of really awesome Indian inspired items!

I really really love Truth‘s new Ishya hair for Uber. The braids go around the head and come together in one luscious side braid. There are bangs that can be attached [I’m not wearing them for this picture] and the hair accessory is color change.

Fishy Strawberry‘s Jaya top for Uber is really fantastic! It’s also kind of sexy, considering the amount of skin you show in it. I did have to go a size down from my normal and then adjust my boobs a little bit to get it to work the way that I wanted it to, but as you can see, it’s well worth it. There is a Jaya outfit with an attached skirt, but I opted for just the top.
