I love when new stuff comes out. I really do! And I love it even more when it’s pretty pretty pretty!

Ava is a new skin from Belleza, and I fell in love with it at first demo! In fact, and I hardly EVER say this about a skin, but I have not seen anyone in it who doesn’t look amazing. If you fatpack it, you get the whole lipstick bundle, too, although you could just buy the plain skin and then the lips and then use whatever eye makeups you like. It’s quite versatile! I fatpacked, of course, because it’s what I do.

Truth released new hair and Edith may be my favorite of the three new releases. It’s a gorgeous long hair topped with a casual knit cap. More hats and more accessories on hairs, please!!

Cae is in Collabor88 this month and she’s spoiling us with the loopy swoopy Guinevere set. Look how cool the necklace is! And the earrings, which you can’t see under my hair, have not left my ears since the first of the month.

Cracked Mirror came out with this cute cute Resolutions dress! It’s a simple dress with a pretty little belt and comes in several colors. If your resolution this year was to look more adorable – you need this dress!

Maxi Gossamer has her Anukaa Beads & Ethiopian Cross necklaces for this round of FaMESHed. I’m wearing just the cross in this photo, but in the pack of necklaces there are all kinds of combinations of beads and such to wear.

I Get Too Hungry For Dinner At Eight

My dear forever sister, Rylan Carling, decided to hang up her hat as far as SL fashion blogging goes today. I’m sad, because Rylan has definitely been one of my fashion inspirations for many years now, but I also know that she has so many amazing things that are going to be happening in her offline life. So as much as I want to be selfish and tell her to keep doing it, I am happy for her for so many other reasons. While I was doing my photo tonight, I thought about her. The lighting in the picture reminded me of one she did for my husband and me last year, so Ry, this post is dedicated to you! ILY!!!

Alice Project has been doing the Advent gift giving over on Mint Tulip this month and it’s been great! Plus, if you miss any of the gifts, Alice has helpfully put them on the wall for the low low price of $50L each. I combined the Bonnie bangs from today’s gift with the Clarissa hair from a previous gift. Since the bangs are not rigged, it was no problem moving them around to fit the hair. I have kind of a fivehead, so I almost always need bangs!

Coldlogic put out the cutest party dresses last week! I’m wearing Merry in Emerald since it IS the Pantone color of 2013! I just love this dress. It’s a simple, classy party dress and, as you all KNOW I love, you can dress it up and down in many ways.

Picture Perfect Memories

The Scorpio round of Zodiac starts tomorrow!! I adore Zodiac, I think the designers always have so much fun with it and make so many things that I just HAVE to have!

Bilo has these really lovely Hiba dresses for Zodiac. I just can never have enough casual dresses. Sometimes all you want is something pretty and simple to put on so you can look presentable without having to fuss too much. But you can most definitely dress this up with higher heels and more jewelry. I kept it simple here because that’s the mood I was in.

I think the Hiba dress also goes really well with the Coffee Bean jewelry Izzie’s has for FAIR! I’m not a coffee addict [anymore] but I think coffee bean jewelry is really unique and fun!

Awww yeah! Collabor88 for July is starting up! I get so freaking excited for each round because each time, the participating designers just totally bring it! The palette for this month’s theme is “Bleached,” so it’s neutral and gorgeous!

With all the events, I definitely need my strength, so I went to buy groceries! I know the husband will be happy. We almost never eat!

Actually, this pose is from the Market Day set by aDORKable Poses that will be sold at Culture Shock! So cute!

Aura has these cute Ruffled Boho Tops for Stumblebum! They’re mesh!! And they go great with the recently released Cuffed Denim Shorts from Mon Tissu. I have been searching for shorts like this my entire SLife!

For FaMESHed, Gos brings us the Triumph boots in Denim! They have the option to have the leg part up, or rolled down like I have it here. The boots come in both male and female versions. Also at FaMESHed, you can get this cool Ketama ring from Maxi Gossamer! It’s color change, and I’m wearing it in silver and white. It attaches to your ring finger, but since that’s where I wear my wedding ring, I moved it to my index finger. There’s a bigger one for your right hand, as well.

Cheerfully Spring!

So many great deals and sales and events going on! Let me see how much I can smash into one post!

The March Mesh Madness event is going on, and if you’re able to get in [it’s pretty packed!], you can get this fab Thistle dress from Jane and cute Ginger hair from Wasabi Pills!

Jane is now doing standard sizes, which is a huge WIN for me ever since I modded my shape to fit into the size I wanted. And this dress is so fluffy and adorable, I don’t want to take it off! And I am such a fan of Wasabi Pills now that they do mesh hair. This hair is kind of 70s/80s retro with the hairband and it has a low pony tail in the back.

Stumblebum just started its new round yesterday! The theme this time is “Cheer” and the Briar skin from Aura is out in two tones with a couple of makeups. I’m wearing the Aqua makeup to match my dress.

Briar is my everyday skin lately, so new makeups are always nice! The skins this time only come in the Honey and Espresso tones. I’m wearing Honey, and I have to say, I’m really getting attached to it although my normal tone is Milk.

Also for Stumblebum, Frooti has a Happy Days Mini Pack of 3 poses, which I’m using for my post today!

And for SCD’s Disco Deals, Dark Mouse has out this delicate Les Etoiles Brillent necklace & earrings set. I am ALWAYS looking for more delicate jewelry, so this fits the bill nicely! I’m wearing the Copper metal here, and it also comes in gold and silver.

Valentine’s Day is tomorrow! It’s a big day for women to prance around in sexy lingerie, but what do you do when you’re a girl on a budget? Easy! Check out Attitudes Lingerie! If you look on their marketplace store you can get these Lace Pantyhose for one Linden!

These were like my holy grail of pantyhose when I stumbled upon them. They’re totally well made and come in 3 colors with different opacities of each color. They’re mod, so you could even tint them whatever color you need. Sometimes pantyhose can be pricier than you’d want in SL, but these? Worth much more than the $1L pricetag.

Oh, and head out to Mandala if you’re looking for a great set of inexpensive jewelry! The Milky Way set in Hawthorn red was $77L just a few days ago [might possibly still be!] and it has rings and nails and bracelets and all that good stuff! Mandala jewelry is AMAZING, so if you’re not familiar with them, this set will totally get you hooked!

And Wasabi Pills came out with new mesh hair today! The Sybille hair is so so pretty and although you can’t see it THAT well in this picture, you can be sure that I’ll be wearing it a lot in upcoming blog posts!

Ooh one more thing! Did you know the Festival of Sin is coming up on the 18th? It’s going to be SO awesome! My pose is from aDORKable Poses from the Touch Me pack for the Festival. Sexy poses!! Love!
