Hello, beautiful people! I hope everyone had an amazing weekend and that you’re starting your week off right!
Now I will admit, I’m fairly brand loyal in Second Life. As much as I attempt to find new-to-me stores, I stay pretty loyal to my faves. Zaara has been one of my favorite stores for MANY years now – probably over 10 years at this point! And it’s with good reason. When Zaara makes something, it’s going to be gorgeous. That’s not being biased. It’s just a fact. So today I’m all done up in Zaara and I feel beautiful.
Hello, beautiful people! I don’t know how it is where you all are, but it’s getting pretty summery hot in my neck of the woods! And I would consider it lovely, being that I really do love summer and sunshine, but oh my word. The allergies and the mosquitos are killing me! Luckily, I don’t have to worry about any of that in SL, so it’s bikini and pool time! I hope all of you are having a most wonderful month!
Hello, lovely people! As we get closer to the end of the year, it’s pretty normal to start to get introspective. We think about what happened over the year, and start making goals for the new year. This year definitely brought a lot of changes to my life! Some of them hurt, but most were really good for me. I feel like I’m in a good place right now. I mean, I’m still anxious 90% of the time and I still feel nuts a lot of the time, but… still, a good place! *laughs*
Happy weekend, everyone! I hope you all took the time to do something beautiful for yourselves. Like…going to The Epiphany and getting lots of awesome items! If you haven’t been yet, oh my gosh, you totally have to go. There are a lot of spooky items, but a lot of non-spookys, too! Go and play and have fun!
It’s the first day of fall! Officially! I do love the changing of the seasons usually. It’s like a fresh start. I’m all about fresh starts these days. And fresh starts demand fresh clothes and other goodies, so go shop!
I think that possibly, maybe I’m falling for you.
Yes, there’s a chance that I’ve fallen quite hard over you.
I’ve seen the waters that make your eyes shine, now I’m shining, too.
Because, oh, because I’ve fallen quite hard over over you.
On Monday morning I did a live stream in SL for the first time in quite a while. I had forgotten how much I missed just chatting with people who are kind enough to come and hear me ramble about various things. It’s different than what I do on my Twitch channel. There, I play games and chat about what I’m doing in that moment. Somehow, live streaming on YouTube is different, and I can talk about any number of things. If you missed it, then I’m sorry, because I deleted the video immediately afterwards. Mostly because I did a playlist of current pop songs in the background and I didn’t need 37 copyright notices, but also because I wanted to chat about some personal things just to get them out there.
Someone in my chat mentioned that SL breaks are a good thing, because it means you can come back later and remember why you love this place. You can start again. It reminds me of a quote I really enjoy – “At any given moment, you have the power to say ‘This is not how my story will end.'”
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
Hey bunnies! It’s the weekend! I’m super excited because the weather will be beautiful for me this weekend, and that just makes me want to go out and get things done! But also, it makes me want to shop! If you haven’t stopped by N21 yet, you need to hit it up this weekend before this round closes! Also, be sure to stop by Collabor88 and Uber, too! Happy shopping!
Hey snow bunnies! Goodness, it has been so cold around me lately! Of course, what I consider “cold” is probably still shorts weather to some people, but I’m currently all bundled up and waiting for hot coffee to somehow magically appear next to me. (Wouldn’t that be nice?) Luckily in SL, I can be somewhat wrapped up, but still show some leg and also enjoy the snow! ♥
Hello bunnies! All of my life, books have been my friends. I started reading a few days before my 3rd birthday [my mom says the first word I ever read was ‘Visa,’ and she knew then I’d be a shopper.] and I fell immediately in love with all books. My Kindle has almost 1000 books in it at this point! Most of which I haven’t even read, but hey, one day, right? If I can stop shopping long enough to get them read!
