Hello, beautiful ones! I’m all about the self care and having “me time” these days. I really believe in the saying, “You can’t pour from an empty glass.” For some reason, we live in a society where running on empty is seen as a status symbol. I would much rather live quietly and have the time to enjoy a pleasant afternoon.

Uber started up for the March round and oh gosh, is it ever good! I have been looking at everything and wanting to blog it all. So I guess expect a bunch of posts in the near future!

Hey summer bunnies! GUESS WHAT TIME IT IS?! GUESS!!! It’s…SUMMERFEST!!!!

And if I seem a little overly excited, it’s because Summerfest is pretty much my favorite event of the year. I mean, I love a lot of events, of course, but Summerfest is definitely my favorite of the “once a year” events. I wait for it all year long and get SO crazy excited when they announce it’s happening. I really need to calm down, though, and go SLOWLY through the event to look at every little thing!

Summerfest starts NOW and goes until July 20th. Get there!!

Slow Down, You Move Too Fast

Hi bunnies! Sundays are almost always the calmest day of my week. Of course, this is mostly because I don’t have to rush around trying to get things done before Monday, so it is pretty much a luxury. But I think because I know that it is a luxury, I can appreciate my quiet Sundays even more.

I fell in love with the Marcia Look set by M.Birdie that is out at The Arcade! I got super lucky yesterday and won the “A” rare outfit from the machine. The outfit is all together, including the hands, but you have the option of switching the jeans for a jean skirt. I really need the rest of the set now!

FaMESHed opened up on the 1st, and Wasabi Pills is there with the Strawberry hair. This hair is SO CUTE. Although I tend to prefer a more side swept bang, these bangs are straight without being overly so. And the little bun on the top is just adorable!

I’ve Got A Hankering For Getting Into Something

Hey bunnies! So about five years ago, there was a blog called SLuicide Girls in Second Life. Yep, it was an SL inspired version of the fantastic RL Suicide Girls website! (With full permission from the owner of the Suicide Girls site, of course.) Some of the awesome bloggers of the day were SLuicide Girls and it was just a chance to have some naughty fun with our alter egos. I was a 3rd generation SLuicide Girl! My alter ego was Trixie Belle, a honky tonk vixen who somehow landed herself a rich businessman. It was all in good fun and if you google search, I’m sure the blog is still out there, although not updated in years. Everyone knows that “sexy” really isn’t my style, but once in a while, I know Trixie is just ready to peep her head out and cause a little trouble again.

If you haven’t been to The Liaison Collaborative yet, you need to goooo!! It’s a pretty good round this month! It’s a Designer’s Choice theme, so it’s always fun to see what they come up with. The Liaison Collaborative does end on the 30th, so you have just over a week to go check it out.

Rain, I Don’t Mind.

Hey bunnies! So, I used to not like rainy days at all. I’m still slightly iffy on them, if I’m being honest. Where I live, we rarely have those “quiet storms” or “gentle soothing rain” that I’ve heard so much about. Our rain is often accompanied by excessively loud thundercrashes, and hail, and flash floods, and tornadoes. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that despite all of the mess a storm can bring, a rainy day is nice because it forces me to slow down a bit and just curl up with a good book. Decisions Are The Worst

Hello bunnies! So I’ll admit it. I’m very much an indecisive person. Well…when it comes to ice cream. I mean, how do you choose? There are so many flavors and so many toppings and even just figuring out cone or cup can be challenging! Of course, I guess my body made the ultimate decision for me since I can’t really have dairy. Dammit.

So Paper Arrow Co. has been one of my favorite stores for a while now. I was thrilled to see them in both The Epiphany and in Bloom! Today I’m wearing the Spring Romper from The Epiphany. This romper shows off quite a bit of cleavage and side boob, so if you’re not into showing that much skin, just keep that in mind! I paired it up with the Floral Bootie that is at Bloom. I LOVE these shoes! The ones I’m wearing matches my romper just perfectly!

Hey bunnies! If you haven’t been to Rewind yet, you need to GO. Quick quick!

Back in the 90s, I was absolutely into slip dresses with baby tees underneath! So I was super thrilled with the Iha dress from Vinyl for Rewind! The only thing that would have made this dress more “Me in high school” would be if the shirt underneath had a small smiley face or daisy patch!

Decoy‘s Jelly Heels are such a perfect match for this dress, too! And of course, no 90s outfit is complete without a choker, like the Mood Stone Velvet and Flower Lace chokers from Izzie’s!

Let’s Break The Walls Between Us

Hello bunnies! I meant to do this video last week, but I’ve been pretty sick this past week and this was the first day I’ve really felt like sitting up and doing a video in a while. Lassitude & Ennui made the most beautiful wings for The Gacha Garden! The Seraphim wings are bento, so you DO have to be in a bento viewer in order to see them properly.
