It Isn’t In My Blood

Hello bunnies! Do you ever hear a song and it just speaks to you? That’s the way I’ve been feeling about “In My Blood” by Shawn Mendes lately.

It’s not a secret that I’ve been away from SL for a while. Not away away, but away enough. There have been a lot of things going on and a lot of changes and a lot of…stuff. Anxiety and depression can be a real bitch, even when truly, you have every reason to be happy. I will admit that for a moment, I considered just closing the door on Second Life. Sell the sim, walk away, hit delete. But I can’t do that. I won’t do that. I’m not where I want to be in there yet, but it will come. If I just keep trying, it’ll happen.

Sometimes I feel like giving up,
But I just can’t.
It isn’t in my blood.

Hello bunnies! So it’s my birthday today! As most people know, I can be a little extra about birthdays. I mean, one year I had three parties in a week just to celebrate! But I think everyone should be a little extra about their birthday. Not everyone gets another chance around the sun, you know? Plus it’s like having your very own personal New Year’s Day. Holding On Will Hold You Back

Hey bunnies! I hope everyone’s week is going well. I don’t know about you guys, but I am so ready for fall! I went and bought a bunch of fall candles the other day and I’m trying not to light them quite yet because there is something just a bit wrong (to me, anyway) about sitting in my pumpkin-vanilla-cinnamon scented house and then walking outside to be hit in the face with summer heat. But summer is still holding on, so I guess I’ll just sit in my orange and ginger scented house and hope that this month passes by fast. (Supposedly this scent is good for energy. I don’t think it’s working, but who knows.)

But what actually passes by fast are shopping events, so you really need to head out there and get some shopping done!
