The With Love hunt starts today at 4pm SLT! And here’s another little taste of Coldlogic‘s new releases this week, just in case you needed another reason to go!

Pink Fuel is offering us this beautiful Alyx skin for the With Love hunt! I am in love with this skin and the pretty pink makeup on it!

I’m also in love with the new Soto sweater from Coldlogic. It just looks so warm and cozy, and the tied belt gives it just a little extra bit of beautiful.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m ready to get more stuff!

Lean On Me

I’m forever looking for good friends poses. Well, okay, I’m forever looking for good poses in general, but it’s not always easy to find good poses for girl friends! And I always want to have great friend poses since I have some awesome girl friends, like my forever wifey and creator of Funky Junk, Ulaa!

Fluke came out with the Lean On Me pose, and it’s just adorable! Ulaa and I are both a little on the “short” side [about 5’6-5’7 on the height slider] and it fit us PERFECTLY without any modding at all. Love!

What I also love is the new Petit Ami sweater from Entente! The sweater is mesh, and you get the base sweater in grey with a texture HUD. Then you just buy texture packs! I bought the Stripes – Vibrant pack and I’m so happy with it! The base sweater comes in both male and female sizes [standard sizes for the female].

The New Convert

My husband, Aldwyn, isn’t as much of a clothes horse as I am. He likes shopping [that’s why I married him!] but he never quite finds anything he really gets excited to buy as far as clothing goes. When I started wearing mesh, I have a feeling he thought I was crazy nuts. In fact, I had to stomp around a bit to even get him to use a mesh viewer so he could see me in my fabulousness. But we took a little trip tonight to Hoorenbeek, and well…

Welcome to the mesh club, baby!

He really got happy for the new Classic Jeans and so did I because, WOW! They look so GOOD on him! He didn’t have to change his shape even one point! The jeans come with 8 styles of belts, too! He paired them up with Corduroy Jacket that comes with the mesh shirt. There are 3 colors of shirts with the jacket, so that’s awesome! Both the jacket and the jeans come in 3 sizes, and the jeans have both low and high rises.

With my new mesh Cairo boots and mesh Lyn Cardigan from Celoe, we’re a mesh-tastic couple!

Born To Make You Happy

I think we all know by now that I love mesh clothing, am I right? But what I love more than mesh clothing is my wonderful husband! We had our two month anniversary on the 18th but didn’t really get to do anything because of our schedules. Last night he made it up to me by taking me on a little shopping spree at Celoe!

As I mentioned a couple of posts ago, Celoe comes to us from the super talented LeLutka team and they’ve come bringing us all kinds of mesh wonderfulness! [They’re in a temporary location at the moment, so I’ll update this whenever they move to the real store.] I went super nuts for the new Lolong Trousers when I demoed them. These are definitely “Get your heels on, girlfriend!” pants, especially if you’re short like me! But the way they sit JUST perfectly on the hips? I couldn’t stop staring! The Lyn Cardigan was something that both of us knew I just had to have. It’s SO very me and SO very beautiful! The Gea Top turtleneck ties everything nicely together and I adore the perfectly slouchy neck on it.

Celoe is one of those “I need all the things!” types of stores for me, and I hope you like it as much as I do!! Remember that you’ll need a MESH enabled viewer to see all the fabulous clothes! Oh, and happy anniversary, baby! ♥

I’m Never Without My Phone

Yeah, I’m that girl. The one who is never more than a couple of feet away from her phone, the one who keeps it by her pillow, the one who freaks out if she runs to grab take out and forgot her phone at home. I’m always on call for my parents, and even turning the ringer off to go out and enjoy a movie isn’t something I feel comfortable with. Heck, I even take it with me when I go outside to get the mail.

When I saw the Fall sweater from Ducknipple, I knew it was for me! With the little iPhone in the pocket, it’s just perfect! If you click it, it will disappear, and no, there doesn’t appear to be an Android version. :-p The sweater comes with the necklace I’m wearing, and also 8 different colored undershirts [not shown here]. The belt also changes color.

By the way, if the Ducknipple creator reads this: Could you please put the name of the store on your folders? I love love love the store but I always lose items in my inventory because the store name isn’t on the folder. Thanks!

I’ve always been a big reader. I am usually reading anywhere from 2-4 books at any given time, and the bookshelves in my bedroom are double stacked with books. I started reading when I was 3 years old while on vacation with my parents. What was the first word I ever read? “Visa.” Figures! You might want to pull out your own Visa cards to go shopping this week – especially if you love Jane AND mesh as much as I do!

I could go on and on about how much I love the new releases. The Cropped Sweaters, the Low Ride Pants, but the best thing for you all to do is just go to Jane try them on for yourselves. Remember that you will need a mesh enabled viewer to see these gorgeous clothes properly. And can I make a plea for people to please start using mesh enabled viewers more? I always feel bad that some people see me with big ugly prims all over my body when they should be seeing my wonderful outfit!

Secret Agent Girl

I feel like a secret agent, ducking into back alleys, waiting to find out some great lead. Well, here’s a great lead for you – there’s newness at Gos, Jane, and Truth!

Check out these boots! The new Curvaceous boots by Gos are just oh so sensational! I’m wearing them in the black suede with the chunky heel, but there are loads – LOADS – of options! Colors, textures, even heel options! I could have worn them with the great wedge, or the sexy stiletto. Believe me, it was hard to figure out just which heel I wanted! You’re also able to use a very easy menu to adjust your boots to get just the right fit for you. These boots do NOT come with an invisprim, so you need to be able to use the alpha layer for them. But who uses invisiprims anyway, right? 😉

I know, I just did a Jane post a few days ago, but when I saw her new goodies, I had to skip right over to get them! The Convict Jacket and matching Convict Sweater were too good to pass up! The best part of Jane clothing? Soooo versatile and you’re able to mix and match easily. I’m in love with the long lines of the jacket and the striped sweater is so cute with just jeans and some sneakers. You must go!

And from hair machine extraordinaire Truth comes the Tegan 2 hair and hat combo. I am a SUCKER for a good hat and there really are just not enough hats that come with amazing hair out there on the grid. Luckily for us, Truth has started making some hat hair, and I am so happy about that! You should also get the Tegan hair that is without the hat. Same style, no hat, and a cute chunky braid pinned to the side.

Bundle Up

I haven’t been in Second Life much the past week, but if there was one thing that was going to get me to run right in today, it was the fact that there is adorable newness at Jane!

The Melody dress is a sweet, babydoll style dress with little buttons on the front. My SL guy gave me My So Called Life for our anniversary yesterday [hi babe!] and I know that Angela Chase would have felt very at home in this cute little dress as she was running around with Rayanne.

To go with this dress, you HAVE to get the Melody cardigan. HAVE. TO. If you love little cardigans like I do, you’re going to want these in your inventory, whether you get the dress or not.

Today for Sheer Madness at Jane, you can get the fatpack of the Lil Piggies Striped Tights for the awesome price of $50L. 31 colors of cute tights for $50L?? Sign me up!

I can’t seem to take off the Yolanda 2 hair from Truth. It’s so cute, I want to sit and play with my hair all day. Truth has also been doing this cool thing lately with his longer styles where the hair is done in split attachments. Makes adjusting it soooo much easier!

And because I simply can’t take them off either, I’m wearing the SLink Heidi Rainboots from the Extend A Helping Hand event. They have a darling little frog peeking out! It’s like you have a friend! 100% of the proceeds from these boots, and many other things at the event, go to help the Queenslanders who were affected by the awful flooding. Cute boots and helping out – that seems like a fair deal to me.

Grant Me Absolution

I need forgiveness. I made a promise to myself that I would not do much shopping until I was back under a certain number in my inventory. But, I wandered into Absolution last night and… well, you know.

The pretty Joss sweater is just my style! It’s off the shoulders and has the long sleeves with the glove extender that takes the sleeves just a little past the wrists. Love!

And the cutie patootie Bowdorable boots! I want them all, because they’re tooooo cute. The bow is color change, so you can match to many outfits.

On second thought, I don’t need forgiveness, because I’m totally not sorry I bought any of this. :-p

I love to read. I’ve been reading since I was 3, and my room is filled with books. Once I find a story I like, I can read it over and over again. And this adorable sweater from Nyte n Day is like a book – because I know I’ll wear it often!

The Dote sweater from Nyte n Day makes me so happy. It’s a short sleeved sweater, so I’ll be able to take it into the spring. But since it’s cold, I put the cream colored Drew shirt from Jane underneath it. I have said it many times, but I love these Drew shirts. I wear them very very often, either alone or with something.

Oh, did I mention that the Dote sweater comes with these most precious boots??? I love them so much! I don’t normally like this style, but I think these have changed my mind.
