Never Enough

Hi bunnies! Why is it that I never have enough in Second Life? My inventory is absolutely jam packed [the number is well over 120,000 at this point] and you’d think at some point, I’d say, “Yes. That is all I need.” But nope. Clothes, shoes, hair. I never have enough!

Style - Never Enough

If you haven’t been out at The Liaison Collaborative yet, you need to go! From the event, I’m wearing the Daisy dress from Enfant Terrible, and the Nina heels from Eudora3D. I love both of these items so much! They’re just beautiful!

Also, if you haven’t noticed, Truth recently re-did his textures and UGH. They are just too gorgeous! He’s also started including stylist HUDs with his new hairs, so you have some options on how to wear them. I’m wearing the Lake hair today and I could have put one or both sides over my shoulders, I’m choosing to wear it completely behind me for this photo. I do so love options!

Happy shopping!

The Lady Of The Ruin

Just a quickie post from me today! The Seasons Story opens on April 10th and I am so so so in love with this outfit from Enfant Terrible!

Style - The Lady Of The Ruin

The Ivy dress is something I knew I must have when I saw it on Flickr! It’s a simple, short, babydoll style dress. But what really makes it amazing is the add-on jewelry! It’s just gorgeous! The jewelry is not rigged, so you can adjust it to your body. The matching headband is purchased separately and is also not rigged, so you can fit it with pretty much any hair.

Happy shopping!

Always Just A Little More

I was trying on some of my Arcade goodies tonight and I thought, “You know…what’s wrong with wearing a little more than necessary?” Not just clothing, but jewelry, too. Why not take a casual outfit and wear some huge jewelry? So that’s what I did!

Style - Always Just A Little More

FaMESHed opened up on Sunday and I’m loving the new Retro Fit Jeans and the Breeze Tunic that are by Coquet! I love love love jeans that are big and hit the floor and it’s been almost impossible to find that style in SL since everyone seems to be stuck in the skinny jeans trend. But these are great and you don’t even need to wear feet with them. Feet free for me!

I am obsessed with the jewelry Enfant Terrible made for The Arcade. The Magic Ride coinchain and necklace are just… *sighs happily* They’re gorgeously done and you should wear them with everything because they’re just that great.

Have a great shopping day!

Bring It One More Time

I used to be really against templates. I watched my creator friends learn Blender and Maya and they’d curse and bang their heads against the walls and all to make first original sculpts, then original mesh. But over time, these same people have let me know that working with a template to texture it can be just as much work as it is to create it in the first place, and many of them hate texturing with a passion. Given the choice, I will still go towards the original mesh items first, but now I’m pretty happy to get things just because they’re cute. 🙂

Style - Bring It One More Time

Ducknipple has a sub-brand called SLX Outfits, and that’s pretty cool because you can get entire outfits for fairly cheap! Are they templates? I’m pretty sure! But it’s all super darling and sometimes you find great pieces in the outfits. I liked the Hipster outfit immediately because of the jeans. Jeans in SL almost NEVER are long enough for me. I don’t really care for skinny jeans [in either life] and I prefer a good boot cut or bell bottom jean that just about hits the ground. These jeans are awesome! The outfit includes the jeans, sweater [color change with a HUD], belly chain, and necklace that I’m wearing in this pic, plus a pair of sandals and a slim headband that didn’t make it to the picture.

My sister has us doing inventory cleaning boot camp before The Arcade [I had to delete 6 things just to get this outfit!], so I’m back to the grindstone! Happy shopping!

It’s Never Black Or White

The Liaison Collaborative opened today and it’s a Leather and Lace round! And oh my GOSH. There are SO many pretties, I hardly knew where to start! But I figured I’d be a little bit naughty today, in honor of the Valentine’s weekend.

Style - It's Never Black or White -2

I love when people make things for events that just work so well together. Enfant Terrible created the Rosalies corset and flower headpiece and ugh, they are just too gorgeous! I wasn’t sure what I was going to wear with the corset, but luckily, Baiastice made the Pigalle lace lingerie set that fits with the corset fabulously! The lingerie is mesh but works extremely well with the Maitreya mesh body. And the Miss Steel heels from Rebel Hope just work great with everything.

Tarte made a Corset Chair for TLC and although it has some great poses in it, for these photos I chose to use a couple of poses from the Pure Heat set by Ma Vie that you can also find at TLC. And even the room I’m in, the Room Despair is at TLC! The room is part of a collab between Bauhaus Movement and Zerkalo.

Happy shopping!

Give A Little Bit

In a perfect world, no one would ever get sick. Or if someone we loved did get sick, we’d have the money and time to see them. But this isn’t a perfect world, and sometimes we need a helping hand. Ulaa Coronet’s mother has pancreatic cancer and Ulaa needs to go see her mom while there is still time. Ulaa’s little boy has never met his grandma and you all can imagine how heartbreaking it would be for all of them if he never got to. You can read about it on her Go Fund Me page and donate that way, or you can shop at the ❤ Ulaa fundraiser that is coming up!

Style - Give A Little Bit

Several designers have banded together to put up some items for Ulaa. Proceeds [either 50% or 100%] will be going to Ulaa for her trip. Enfant Terrible put out these adorable Ulaa Heels and I love them! You can never have too many strappy heels in your life, am I right? These are for the high Slink feet.

❤ Ulaa runs from August 14th until August 18th, and I really hope you guys go shop. There will be donation jars there at the event in the off chance that you don’t find anything you like, or you can donate directly to her Go Fund Me page.

You Would Have To Be Half Mad To Dream Me Up!

Last night, our family grew! And to celebrate it, my sister Lolita put together an amazing area for our tea party. Then I put on a hat and well… I knew it was the perfect place for today’s blog pic!

Style - You Would Have To Be Half Mad To Dream Me Up!

Zenith is at FaMESHed this month with the Leather Manteau dress, and oh my gosh, is it ever pretty! So classy and ladylike, almost vintage as well. I fell for it the moment I saw it. The dress tends to run a little big [at least, I thought it did] in its sizing so I’m wearing the XS instead of the S like usual.

I love hats in SL but usually only if they come with hair. But how could I resist the Chapeau de Chocolat in Paris Vanille by Enfant Terrible that was at The Arcade?? I just couldn’t! With just a little adjusting it worked perfectly with Truth‘s Snow hair, and also perfectly with the color of my dress.

Here’s to a fantastic week!
