Today’s Gaze – I’m Neutral

Sometimes you just want to wear a cute outfit and not have it mean anything other than, “Hey, I look nice today!” I’m a big fan of neutral colors – Beige, ivory, cream – so putting this look together was easy!

I found this fabulous little skirt called Ohana by Enchanty, a new to me store, last night and I just couldn’t help but pick it up. There’s kind of a dark “shadow” on the waistband that I wasn’t terribly fond of, so I paired it up with one of the Essential tanks from Mischief because it’s long and covered it up. This color is called Tuscany. I love those tanks, I just wear them all the time! Some cute Freedom Flops in beige from Surf Co., the new Giada hair from Truth [with the texture change headband], and my Elle skin in makeup #2 by Belleza, and I am in business! But of course, when you wear neutrals, you can add a really poppin’ color, and I chose to do that with my favorite bracelets in the world, the Indra stacked bangles from Zaara. I have on the Kashiti bobble ring, also by Zaara, because it matches.

I’m using poses by a new store just opened up by my friend Isabeau Reinard called whole.lotta.rosie. Isabeau makes poses designed for the more curvy girls out there, but of course these poses work pretty well with more slender avatars as well. Although I’m fairly small, you’d be surprised how often my hands end up jammed into my hips! The mainstore opens after the Pose Fair concludes [which is today, if I’m not mistaken!] so keep an eye open! The SLurl I gave is for her booth at the fair.

Hmm…maybe I need to go take one more look around the Pose Fair!
